Concierge Referral Program Terms

Welcome to the Thirst IV Society Concierge Referral Program. By signing up, you agree to the following terms.
1. How It Works
As a registered concierge partner, you receive a unique referral link and code. When a guest books an IV therapy session through your link, phone call, or text referral, you earn a commission for each confirmed booking.
2. Commission
$50 per completed booking. A booking is considered "confirmed" once the IV therapy session has been completed and payment has been received by Thirst IV Society.
3. Booking Statuses
Each referral booking moves through the following stages:
- Pending — Your booking request has been submitted and is awaiting review by our team or guest confirmation.
- Confirmed — The IV therapy session has been completed. Your $50 commission is credited to your balance.
- Paid — Your commission has been paid out via your chosen payment method.
- Rejected — The booking request was declined (e.g., duplicate, incomplete information, or guest cancellation).
4. Top Leader Bonus
Each calendar month, the concierge with the most confirmed bookings receives a $500 bonus, provided they have a minimum of 10 confirmed bookings that month. In the event of a tie, the bonus is split equally.
5. Payouts
- Commissions are tracked in real-time on your dashboard.
- Payouts are processed weekly, typically within 3 business days of the following week.
- Payment is sent via your chosen method: Zelle, Venmo, or check.
- There is no minimum payout threshold — you get paid for every confirmed booking.
6. Referral Guidelines
- Referrals must be genuine guest recommendations. No self-referrals.
- You may share your referral link, QR code, or direct guests to call/text (786) 305-3555.
- You are encouraged to book on behalf of your guests using the online form.
- Referrals are attributed to the first concierge whose link or code the guest uses.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Represent Thirst IV Society professionally and accurately.
- Do not make medical claims or guarantees about IV therapy outcomes.
- Keep your dashboard login credentials secure.
- Provide accurate payout information to ensure timely payments.
8. Our Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, licensed IV therapy services to referred guests.
- Track all referrals and commissions accurately on your dashboard.
- Process payouts on time each week.
- Notify you of any changes to commission rates or program terms with at least 30 days' notice.
9. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. If you leave the program, you will be paid all earned commissions for confirmed bookings up to your termination date. Thirst IV Society reserves the right to deactivate accounts engaged in fraudulent referrals.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or your dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
